Launched in September 2003, the Camping Cheque Gold Card Club proudly boasts several thousand members to date, in Europe and in the UK. Costing just €45 (approx £41.85) for 3 years, the Camping Cheque Gold Card enables you to benefit from countless advantages at the heart of the Camping Cheque group.

You will receive your copy of the Camping Cheque Site Directory as soon as it is published.Your subscription runs for 3 years.This is an important accessory for planning your stays on the group of Camping Cheque campsites.

With the Camping Cheque Gold Card you benefit from a simpler and more flexible means of travelling.You do not always need to have a  supply of “paper” cheques on hand; your Camping Cheques are in the Gold Card! The Camping Cheques will automatically be downloaded onto your card on arrival at one of our member campsites.

On departure you simply pay for your stay by debiting the number of cheques from your card. Quick and easy!

Example: you owe 5 Camping Cheques; 5 digital cheques will be debited from your card.

You will receive the 3 Seasons Magazine 3 times per year (January, April, August) for a period of 3 years. This 52-page colourfully illustrated magazine is reserved for Camping Cheque Gold Card holders. Inside you will discover numerous articles, reports, technical files and itineraries to follow with a caravan or a motorhome.

You will be the first to hear about our new member campsites. In addition, several pages are devoted to the campsites’ special offers, as well as reductions on tourist sites.

You will discover dozens of advantages and special offers proposed by our campsites on the site’s page in the directory, as well as in each issue of the 3 Seasons Magazine – exclusively reserved for our Camping Cheque Gold Card holders.

Camping cheques credited onto your card  are valid for 4 years.

Paying with the Gold Card is now even easier for you, but it simplifies matters for us as well. For every digital Camping Cheque order, you benefit from a 50% reduction on your administrative costs.

These cheques are downloaded onto your Gold Card. 50% reduction on your administrative costs; that is, £3.75 instead £7.50.

If you are still using paper Camping Cheques, you no longer need to fill in your details – your Gold Card N° is sufficient.Your Gold Card also enables many campsites to process your registration more rapidly.

Services offered at no extra charge:

• Free pre-booking without down payment on numerous campsites; to prepare your stay even more efficiently... You pitch is guaranteed until 17.00 (direct access service available on the campsite's web page on the Internet site www.campingcheque.com).NB : all Kawan Villages Campsites offer this service.
• No charge or penalty for an exchange of Camping Cheques. If, for an unforeseen reason, you are not able to use all your Camping Cheques (despite their 2-year validity) we will replace them for you at no extra charge if you are a member of the Camping Cheque Gold Card Club (please refer to the general conditions listed at the end of the guide).
• Cheque Gold Card Club (within the 3 months following their validity date). Your Camping Cheque Gold Card enables you to obtain an advantageous tariff at a number of tourist sites close to our campsites (in  the 3 Seasons Magazine).
• Access your 'Gold Card customer space' via the 'Gold Card' heading on the  internet site.

In the event of a lost or stolen 'Gold Card', call our service desk immediately in order to cancel it. We will provide you with a new card which will contain the same number of camping cheques that remained on your stolen card at the time of cancellation.
